近日,课题组成员李文军、郑翠芳等,成功地构建了透明质酸缀合二氢卟吩e6的双亲性缀合物,该缀合物能自组装成稳定的纳米胶束结构胶束。该类多功能智能胶束在体外及体内均表现出明显的光声信号及荧光信号,并成功的抑制了肿瘤的生长,为进一步实现新型多功能纳米颗粒的临床应用奠定理论基础。相关成果已在Biomaterials期刊发表(影响因子8.387),题目为“Smart hyaluronidase-actived theranostic micelles for dual-modal imaging guided photodynamic therapy”2016, 101, 10-19.
